Pythagorio, a picturesque coastal town with a vibrant harbour, is steeped in history and charm. Named after the famous Pythagoras, the town is a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its ancient ruins, including the Tunnel of Eupalinos.

Thursday 18th September 2025:

Arrival at the Doryssa Seaside Resort in Pythagorio. Don’t miss the vibrant Greek Night at the Resort – an enjoyable welcome after an early start! (This meal is on me :)

Friday 19th September 2025:

Rest Day – Spend the day familiarising yourself with the resort.

Jo has organised an engaging self-led orientation around Pythagorio, featuring intriguing sites to explore from the Tunnels of Eupalinos, to the famous Blue Street to the iconic statue of Pythagoras, which you can do solo or join up with other attendees. Or simply relax!

Saturday 20th September – Tuesday: 23rd September 2025

Join Jo for morning sessions of Bizology® teachings, followed by a variety of afternoon activities and rejuvenation time to recharge. Including trips to Pythagoras Cave, Vakakis Winery, Potami Waterfalls, Kokkari Fishing village and a Yoga session.

Wednesday 24th September 2025:

Rest Day – Take your last day to experience a memorable fishing trip, (payable in resort) where you can catch your own lunch and enjoy the stunning beauty of the Aegean Sea. Or choose to relax.

Thursday: 25th September 2025:

Fly back home, taking with you cherished memories from your journey.

Delicious daily breakfasts to be taken at the resort/your accommodation.

You have Mobility Issues: Samos is an ancient island with many hills and extensive walking, which may pose challenges. – see details on page 36.

Potami Waterfalls & Pythagoras Cave: The entry to Pythagoras cave is a walk up 40 steps & a small climb. A certain level of fitness is required. While you are not required to enter the waterfalls, reaching the restaurant at the top involves a steep climb up rickety steps for worthwhile breathtaking views. The option is there to be taken around the backway.

Seeking a Relaxing Retreat: While downtime is scheduled, the Bizology® Greek Odyssey is held at a large resort with numerous activities, making it more dynamic than a traditional holistic retreat.

At the Doryssa Seaside Resort in Pythagorio, a luxurious beachfront resort offering a perfect mix of modern comfort & traditional Greek charm. With its elegant design, stunning views of the Aegean Sea and top-notch amenities, it provides a sophisticated location for the Bizology® Greek Odyssey.

Enjoy a rich and varied breakfast buffet featuring fresh local produce, traditional Greek delicacies and international favourites. The Doryssa Seaside Resort offers a variety of dining experiences, featuring restaurants that serve authentic Greek cuisine, fresh seafood, sushi and international dishes, all in stunning settings that showcase the beauty of the Aegean Sea.

If you prefer you can book alternative accommodation, this hotel has been chosen as the Bizology® sessions will be held at this resort as it has AV equipment and is central to the airport and all other amenities.

Where does the Bizology® Greek Odyssey take place?

Samos, a Greek island and the birthplace of Pythagoras, is where the legendary philosopher explored the profound connections between mathematics, nature, and the cosmos – making it the perfect setting for the Bizology® Greek Odyssey.

When does the Bizology® Greek Odyssey take place?

The Bizology® Greek Odyssey is scheduled between September 18th-25th, 2025. There is only one direct flight from London Gatwick to Samos each week, which is why the dates are set for this period.

The core teachings and activities for the Bizology® Greek Odyssey will run from the evening of Friday, 19th September to the evening of Tuesday, 23rd September 2025.

We’ll begin with an evening welcome dinner on Friday 19th September and conclude with a closing ceremony dinner on Tuesday 23rd September.

If you’re flying from London Gatwick, you’ll arrive on Thursday, 18th September and enjoy a ‘Greek Night’ at the hotel that evening (this one is on me).

Friday, 19th September is a rest day where you can relax or explore the charming town of Pythagorio on a self-guided tour.

On Wednesday, 24th September, there’s an optional fishing trip available (payable in the resort).

Do I have to get myself to Samos, Greece? What do I need to arrange?

In short – yes, you are responsible for booking your flights and accommodation to attend the Odyssey. The best way to get to Samos is via a direct flight from London Gatwick, which operates once a week on Thursdays. Alternatively, you can fly to Athens and connect to Samos.

I suggest booking through my trusted travel agent to explore the best options – I’d be happy to connect you with her.

Any travel or accommodation arrangements that you make will be separate to your agreement with us to attend the Odyssey.

Where are you staying?

The Bizology® Greek Odyssey will be hosted at the Doryssa Seaside Resort in Pythagorio, Samos, Greece. As Samos is a small island, this resort is one of the few that offers 8 rooms for solo occupancy alongside audio-visual facilities.

I stayed here personally in September 2024 and was impressed by the high-quality service and overall experience at this exceptional Greek resort. You are, of course, welcome to choose other accommodations in Pythagorio if you prefer.

Spend your afternoons enjoying a blend of cultural activities and relaxation. Highlights include visits to Pythagoras Cave, Vakakis Winery, Potami Waterfalls, Kokkari fishing village, and a rejuvenating yoga session.
Tuesday 23rd September – Closing Ceremony Dinner. (This meal is included.)

Wednesday, 24th September 2025: Rest Day

Cap off your trip with an optional fishing trip (payable in the resort). Catch your own lunch and soak in the beauty of the Aegean Sea. Or choose to relax.

Thursday, 25th September 2025:

Depart Samos, bringing home treasured memories of this enriching experience.
Evening meals that are included:

Who is the Bizology® Greek Odyssey suitable for?

If you’re open-minded, adventurous and eager to explore the ancient teachings of numerology, this experience is perfect for you. I’m inviting just 6 attendees to The Bizology® Greek Odyssey, purposely keeping numbers low to ensure a quality experience for all, there will be 8 in total including myself and an assistant.

Do I require travel insurance?

Yes, it is essential that you arrange your own travel insurance to cover any potential situations during the trip. This is important for your peace of mind and safety throughout the Bizology® Greek Odyssey.

What health & fitness levels are required?

Your health and safety is one of our top priorities, and as the Bizology® Greek Odyssey is an adventure, a good general level of fitness and health is required. You should be comfortable walking for several miles or hours at a time and be able to handle gentle inclines, gradients and uneven terrain, which will be involved with the excursions to Pythagoras Cave or certain elements of the Potami Waterfalls.

To receive maximum benefit from your Odyssey experience it is important that you are fit and able to participate. Having regard to the nature of the activities and experiences offered as part of the Odyssey, the Odyssey may not be suitable for you if you:

Are pregnant, or there is a risk you may be pregnant; or
Have heart conditions (e.g: angina, arrhythmia or recent heart surgery); or
Have cardiovascular concerns (e.g: high blood pressure); or
Have respiratory or pulmonary conditions (e.g., severe asthma or COPD); or
Have epilepsy or other conditions which can cause seizures; or
Have neurological conditions; or
Have any condition which affects your balance, coordination or mobility.

If you have any of the medical conditions above or any other pre-existing medical conditions not listed above, or you take any medications that could affect your ability to safely participate in the Odyssey, then you should speak with your GP or healthcare provider to determine whether the Odyssey is right for you.

Please note that the Odyssey will take place on an ancient historic island, and as such, we ask that you approach the experience with an open mind. Things might not always go as expected, but embracing the island’s unique vibe and rich culture will make the experience even more special.

How do I know if I’m an energetic fit for the Bizology® Greek Odyssey?

What is the booking process?

It’s easy! After our call, I’ll set you up with a Bizology® Dubsado Portal – and ask you to complete an online booking form and sign the terms and conditions, you’ll receive an invoice and will be asked to pay your reservation fee. In due course you will receive an email containing all the details you’ll need to get ready for the Bizology® Greek Odyssey.

Is the itinerary fixed or can it change?

While the proposed itinerary is our guide, it’s subject to change due to factors like weather, resort availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We aim to be flexible while still ensuring an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Since the Experiences and other activities offered as part of the Odyssey are delivered by third party providers, they may be subject to change due to availability or local issues or weather conditions and we are unable to guarantee or confirm timings.

How can I embrace the whole experience?

The Bizology® Greek Odyssey is designed for those willing to push their boundaries, both physically and mentally. It’s not for the faint of heart but is perfect for those ready for transformation!

What happens if there aren't enough people?

The Bizology® Greek Odyssey requires a minimum number of attendees to run. If the minimum is not met, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or the option to join a future event.

How do I prepare for the Bizology® Greek Odyssey?

Aside from confirming your booking, come ready to fully engage with the Odyssey experience. Prepare to be challenged, rejuvenated and deeply connected with your true essence.

What should I pack?

Comfortable clothing, shoes, a hat and water bottle for walking, as well as swimwear as the hotel has a lovely pool and beach. Don’t forget sun protection, a journal, your favourite outfits for the special dinners and anything else you need to feel at ease. I will provide a suggested packing list nearer the time.

What is the investment?

The investment for the Bizology® Greek Odyssey is £1700.00 calculated as:

A reservation fee of £1,000.00, payable upon booking to secure your Odyssey space; plus
£700.00 to be paid on or before 5 June 2025 (15 weeks before the Odyssey start date).

Flights, accommodation and transfers are not included, and you will need to arrange these at your own cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you wish to cancel your Odyssey booking then you must notify us in writing. The following notice terms will apply:

If notice is provided more than 90 days prior to the Odyssey start date then your booking will be cancelled without refund of the Reservation Fee. If you have paid the Fee in full then we shall provide you with a refund less the Reservation Fee;

If notice is provided less than 90 days but more than 14 days prior to the Odyssey start date then no refund will be made and you will remain liable for payment of the Fee in full. Any decision to allow a transfer of your Odyssey booking to another person or an alternative date will be at our absolute discretion;

No changes or amendments to your booking will be accepted less than 14 days prior to the Odyssey start date.

Your participation in the Services and Experiences is voluntary but highly recommended. If you choose not to participate, or are unable or fail to attend, any Service or Experience on the date or at the time set out in the itinerary, then you shall forfeit the right to that Service or Experience. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

Part 1:

£1700 is to be paid directly to Jo Soley for Bizology® teaching, activities and selected meals during your stay.

Once you confirm your place on the Bizology® Greek Odyssey, it’s time to book your accommodation, flight & transfers. Jo can connect you with her trusted travel consultant or you can arrange your own flights and accommodation.

Part 2:

Accommodation at The Doryssa Seaside Resort varies from a Greek Village room or an Executive room etc – prices on application with options available for sea views.

If you choose to use Jo’s travel consultant, they will be your contact for all your travel arrangements – will assist you with booking flights, accommodation & transfers. Helping you if you wish to pre-book your seats and or sort travel insurance, they will also handle the check-in process for both flights so will need your passport details.

For reference prices starts from Approx. £800 – £1250+ for flights and accommodation based on solo use – depending on where you choose to stay.

You’re free to book a room there or choose any other accommodation in Pythagorio that fits your style and budget. This is your journey – make it work for you.
