How quickly will I receive a response?
I aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.
Often sooner, but please allow up to 48 business hours during busy periods.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Please refer to my out of office if you receive one.
What does fair usage mean?
Fair usage means using the service reasonably and respectfully.
It is designed for business owners who want regular access to numeric business guidance throughout the month, not unlimited daily coaching or extensive written reports.
If I ever feel usage is becoming excessive, I will discuss this with you openly and honestly.
How do I pay?
Payment is made monthly via Thrivecart.
You can choose to pay using:

You simply need an answer, a second opinion or a numeric sense check.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time before your next monthly payment is due.
There are no long-term contracts.
